Aeration is designed to improve the overall health of your lawn. Over time soil becomes compacted. Compacted soil restricts oxygen, water, and nutrients to the root system, which weakens grass and restricts growth. We use commercial grade core aeration equipment to pull small plugs of soil, this allows the lawn to breathe and absorb the nutrients it needs to strive. Aeration also improves drainage, reduces thatch buildup and enhances the effectiveness of the fertilizer. The result is a thicker, greener and more tolerant to stress lawn.
 

Overseeding works hand-in-hand with our aeration, to restore thin, patchy areas of the lawn. By spreading the seed after the aeration, we ensure better seed-to-soil contact, which improves germination rates and establishes strong new grass growth.
